Project Notts - Mentoring support

In association with Active Partner Trust Project Notts, we are supporting 10 Nottinghamshire based disabled individuals with a passionate mentor with lived experience.

The project will help break down barriers for individuals and guide them on their road to achieve their personal ambitions via the physical and therapeutic life changing power of movement and sport.

Mentors utilise their valuable life, work or sporting experience to support individuals using a person centred approach.
